The Granite Group, a Concord, NH-based distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling, piping, water systems and energy supplies, has announced the official opening of their relocated Portland, ME, branch at 331 Warren Avenue. The new branch sits just a few miles away from The Granite Group's original location on St. John Street.
"After more than 30 years on St. John Street, we felt it was time to move to a new, more efficient facility conveniently located close to the highway," said Chris Ploss, The Granite Group's Chief Operating Officer. "Together with our South Portland branch on Rumery Street, trade customers in the greater Portland area can now get everything they need from two branches to keep their day moving, including a veteran group of industry experts, a robust product selection, and the world-class service you'd expect from The Granite Group."
The company's Ultimate Bath Store, serving retail showroom customers, will remain at its current location on St. John Street until early June when it too moves to a beautiful new space on Warren Avenue.
